Calculator results are planning estimates. They are not binding quotes unless a participating installer or authorized service provider confirms the final scope, price, schedule, and terms.

Site conditions, product choices, room measurements, removal, trim, stairs, furniture, delivery, and prep can change the final price. The calculator is designed to help organize the starting estimate, not replace a professional walkthrough.

Property Information

Property facts may come from public records, user input, address tools, mapping providers, or estimates. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting project details before relying on them.

Installer Matching

If installer matching is enabled and you request help, we may send your estimate details to nearby flooring professionals. Displayed contractor information is informational and does not guarantee availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, or performance.

Pro Network Communications

If you join our pro network or submit a pro profile, you agree that we may contact you by SMS and email about job lead notifications, platform updates, profile verification, job status, and related service communications when you provide consent. Widget Use

The calculator widget may be embedded on third-party websites. We may update the hosted widget over time to improve pricing logic, performance, security, and user experience.

Warranty

The website, calculator, pro network, and planning estimate are provided as-is and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact estimate accuracy, third-party availability, or final installer outcomes. A separate 1-year labor warranty may apply to eligible flooring installation work after a participating installer confirms the job, completes the installation, and the warranty terms are satisfied.
